10 Tips for Healthy Kids This Winter

It’s winter, still, and by the looks of it, global warming aside, there’s plenty more winter to come all over the United States and the rest of the world. If you have kids, there’s also a chance that winter also means sick kids, the flu, random colds and just feeling darn right lethargic.

Here are 10 ways to help your kids stay healthy this winter, and next, and the one after that:

  • Eat More Wholesome Snacks
  • Be A Good Example
  • Eat More Basil
  • Say No To Ice
  • Get Out And Play!
  • Bundle Up
  • Stay Clean with Clean Products
  • Wash Your Child’s Hair Before Dinner
  • Never Point a Fan at a Child
  • More Sleep

Do some of these, or if you can, all of these, and watch your child avoid sickness better than ever. The “get out and play!” suggestion, to me, is the most important. The more your child is physically active on a day-to-day basis, the more likely they are to avoid sickness, and even worse, long-term ailments that come with being overweight or obese.
